    Working with Alex would be a misnomer. He did all the work! And he didn’t stop until he won us an above market asking price. Allow me to back up a bit. My husband and I recently moved out of state to Utah. Being so far away would have been a real challenge to do a “for sale by owner.” With Alex’s professionalism and conscientious attention to detail, we barely had to lift a finger from hundreds of miles away. Not only did he coordinate various services such as paint and carpeting, he even arranged a cleaning service for our move out clean! The entire process was smooth and uncomplicated thanks to his vast experience in the field of real estate. This was shown to us by his excellent and punctual communication with us throughout the entire process. As well as the very professional photographer he employs. The on-line pictures of our home looked to be right out of a magazine, and the fliers accentuated our home at its very best.Alex knew just how to capture and highlight all the positive aspects of our home. He also took the time to stage various potted plants throughout our home for just the right effect.If you’re looking to sell your home, Alex is your guy!! You can thank me later:)

    My husband and I definitely recommend Alex Gingrich as a realtor when you are selling your house. (Or if you are considering buying a property) He has a real knowledge of the area and what people are looking for when considering either moving to this area from another area or just moving across town. His presentation when we were interviewing him was so professional and complete. He is patient and understanding. We clearly knew that he was interested in what our needs and wants were in selling our house by the questions he had for us. Alex is very easy to interact with. He quickly gained our trust. He presented us with the pros and cons of different avenues we could take in selling our home. He never tried to force us to go one way or the other, but gave us his experienced information. We felt we had the complete information we needed to make whatever decisions we needed to make.When we were approaching the date to actually list the house he was right there to help us get the house ready to list and had answers to any and all of our questions. Then everything Alex did to promote the sale of the house from the listing information to advertising, to the open house and beyond was so professional yet personal at the same time. In a nut shell Alex is a knowledgeable professional in his field yet also personable and in our opinion covered all the bases. We most definitely recommend him and would hire him again in a heartbeat if the occasion arose. And we will most definitely recommend him to anyone in the area that we know who is considering selling their house or property.

    Alex recently helped sell our home of 7 years in Tujunga and I cannot say enough great things about him and his expertise.     We initially met with Alex Gingrich upon a recommendation from our good friends. During the first meeting with Alex it was apparent he was the right choice and we never thought twice about even considering other realtors.He is extremely thorough, uses fact-based research and explanations of the process, which was a huge plus to me. There was no "sweeping under the rug" or dismissal of any questions whatsoever (we were first-time home buyers). Alex was very clear, concise, and offered a perfect balance of recommendations vs decisions that we had to make.Alex went above and beyond to inquire about the reasoning behind some of the Seller's reactions to our offers, giving us the insight we needed to make the purchase work and complete the sale. He was very thorough in his process and we entrusted his research regarding the home's market value.     From day one Alex worked patiently and tirelessly to help us sell our family home.It is a unique property and came with some interesting challenges, which he took in stride. The family all live quite far from the property and Alex showed up anytime we needed him.
