Alex Gingrich was born in La Crescenta, CA, and was raised by a family of real estate professionals who provided a clear example of what it meant to build a legacy of service. 

His mom was a real estate agent for over 40 years, his dad was a successful building contractor, and Alex had the opportunity to learn what it takes to build a service-based business from the ground up. 

These important childhood experiences not only inspired him to get into real estate but also provided him with an early understanding of the joy that comes with seeing a project through to its completion and that incredible feeling of accomplishment when a client is satisfied. 

After graduating from UC Santa Cruz with a degree in Business Economics and Accounting in 2005, he was hired by Deloitte and responsible for auditing financial statements issued by publicly traded companies. 

This aspect of his career provided him with an in-depth understanding of finance and how to use numbers to clarify the big picture. 

This was also the time he realized it was time to build a career that was driven by human connection and would allow him to use his analytical skills and strategic approach to have an immediate impact on people’s lives. 

So in 2007, Alex started his career as a full-time real estate agent and began working in the same community where he was raised.
